I worry about small things sometimes, but I’m trying to learn to be gentle with myself. It’s hard, but important.

Learn to let go of what is no longer mine. And most importantly, keep believing that the future will be better than I imagine.

I love evening walks when the city finally exhales. Music in my headphones that makes the way home feel longer than it really is. Warm tea that softens not only my hands but also my thoughts.

Stop being afraid to ask for help when things are heavy. Learn to love my reflection without conditions. Spend more time with people who make it easy to breathe.
